Week of June 6th, 2016

I am so grateful for all my bail agents throughout the United States. Thank you for adding value to my life, I will continue to work hard to add value to you.

This week’s travels had me in Ohio and West Virginia for two days and approximately 1,000 miles. A bail agent this week asked me if I was now semi-retired, I laughed, while I am not in the office every day, I am still working as I travel around and meet my wonderful bail agents. These meetings are about saying thank you to everyone who has worked with us. As the leader of Bail USA I owe all of you the respect to meet to talk about the transition. Together we will continue to build the legacy of Bail USA.

For the first time I was able to sit down and visit with both Mark Hill and Darlene Hummell. I love to hear the stories of how people were introduced to the bail industry and to listen to their passion. I am so pleased that both of you are a part of our organization, thank you.

I met with two other people who are legends in their respective states, Frank Valli of Sandusky, Ohio and William Garvin of Morgantown, West Virginia. I have the utmost respect and admiration for both gentlemen. I am honored to be able to continue to do business with the second generation of bail agents from these two companies. Their daughters will successfully carry on the legacy of their respective company as they continue to be valued team members of Bail USA.>

Christopher Shropshire informed me that 2016 represents 97 years of writing bail through Shropshire Bonding Company. Christopher is the 4 th generation of bail agents in his family. Congratulations Christopher!

In closing, let me remind you not to forget to register for the 2016 Bail USA convention in Indianapolis, Indiana in October. We are planning a great convention, while it is not San Diego, California, let me remind you I can never duplicate any particular meeting. San Diego was unbelievable, but Indianapolis will be just as great. After all, a Bail USA convention is about spending time with our brothers and sisters. I need all of you to attend so together we can welcome the bail agents who currently work with HCC. Plus I want to introduce you to HCC Surety President, Adam Pessin, Vice President of Surety, Jon Schneider and Joe Lombardo from the California office.
